Horse Racing - Purse and Bred Fund Supplements

Synopsis:

Requiring that specified lottery revenues for fiscal year 2006 be distributed to a special fund to be used only for specified purposes; requiring that horse racing purses and bred funds under the Act be in addition to and not supplant specified other funds; establishing specified conditions on the distribution of specified funds; and providing for the termination of the Act.
