University System of Maryland - Restrictions on Campaign Fund-Raising Activities by Members of the Board of Regents

Synopsis:

Prohibiting members of the Board of Regents of the University System of Maryland from engaging in specified campaign fund-raising activities on behalf of specified persons; providing exceptions; defining terms; and prohibiting a member of the Board of Regents from being a candidate for a public office while serving on the Board.
