Local Government - Adequate Public Facilities Legislation - Requirements for Ordinance Adopted by a Municipal Corporation

Synopsis:

Providing that until a municipal corporation adopts, implements, and enforces specified adequate public facilities legislation, the municipal corporation shall be governed by specified county adequacy of public facilities legislation; and requiring an adequacy of public facilities ordinance adopted by a municipal corporation to make provision for impact of growth and development on specified matters in the county.
