Synopsis:

Providing that specified individuals may repay retirement benefits they received from the Employees' Pension System to the Board of Trustees of the State Retirement and Pension System; requiring the Board of Trustees of the State Retirement and Pension System to temporarily suspend the retirement allowance of specified individuals if retirement benefits they received from the Employees' Pension System are repaid; etc.
