Synopsis:

Requiring the Maryland Port Administration to submit a cost-benefit analysis of the sale of the World Trade Center and two appraisals of the World Trade Center completed by specified independent entities to the General Assembly on or before June 1, 2006; prohibiting the Department of Transportation from entering into a contract for the sale of the World Trade Center before June 1, 2007; etc.
