Registered Sexual Offenders - Supervision, Notifications, and Penalties

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Maryland Parole Commission to administer extended sexual offender parole supervision; establishing that the initial registration of an individual relating to specified sexual offenses is a reportable offense for specified criminal records purposes; requiring a local law enforcement unit to provide a notice to a county superintendent and specified nonpublic schools of a change of address of a sexual offender within a specified time period; etc.
