Criminal Law - Violations of Offender Registration - Assisting an Offender

Synopsis:

Establishing the offense of assisting a person, who is subject to specified registration requirements and fails to comply with those requirements, in eluding a law enforcement agency or a supervising authority by withholding information regarding the whereabouts of the person under specified circumstances or by providing specified false information; and establishing a specified penalty.
