Prince George's County - Alcoholic Beverages - Bottle Clubs

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a bottle club in Prince George's County or an agent or employee of a bottle club from giving, serving, dispensing, keeping, or allowing to be consumed on the premises alcoholic beverages or specified other items after closing hours; prohibiting nudity and specified sexual displays at bottle clubs; authorizing inspectors of the Board of License Commissioners to issue civil citations; providing for a penalty of $5,000 for a first offense and $10,000 for each subsequent offense; etc.
