Synopsis:

Altering resident eligibility requirements under the Partnership Rental Housing Program; authorizing the Secretary of Housing and Community Development to establish specified income levels; altering the requirements to approve an application for a proposed partnership project; authorizing the Department of Housing and Community Development to approve the use of partnership rental housing funds under specified circumstances; etc.
