Property Tax - Homeowners' Property Tax Credit

Synopsis:

Increasing from $150,000 to $215,000 the maximum assessed value of a dwelling on which the homeowners' property tax credit is calculated; altering the computation of the credit; increasing from $200,000 to $300,000 the maximum combined net worth that a homeowner may have to qualify for the homeowners' circuit breaker property tax credit; and applying the Act to tax years beginning after June 30, 2006.
