State Treasurer - Designation of Financial Institution for Banking Services

Synopsis:

Providing that the Treasurer shall give a specified percentage of the weight of the decision to specified standards in deciding whether to designate a financial institution as a depositary for State money and make an agreement with a financial institution for a banking service; requiring the Treasurer to consider whether a financial institution received a specified rating on its most recent examination under the federal Community Reinvestment Act of 1977; etc.
