Education - Geographic Cost of Education Index - Funding

Synopsis:

Requiring the State to provide a grant to specified county boards of education to reflect regional differences in the cost of education that are due to factors outside the control of local jurisdictions; and providing for the calculation and distribution of specified grants beginning in fiscal year 2007.
