Synopsis:

Providing for specified income tax credits for energy efficient home heating systems under specified circumstances; providing for the amount of the credit; defining specified heating systems eligible for the credit; providing for specified limitations on the use of the credit; providing for the creation of specified regulations to administer the credit; creating a specified program to promote the credit; defining specified terms; and generally relating to income tax credits for energy efficient heating systems.
