Business and Economic Development - Research and Development Tax Credit

Synopsis:

Increasing from $3,000,000 to $6,000,000 the aggregate amount of credits that may be approved by the Department of Business and Economic Development for any calendar year for each component of the Maryland research and development tax credit; limiting to $500,000 the amount of credit that an individual or corporation may obtain in a calendar year for each component of the credit; etc.
