Establishing the Task Force to Study Gubernatorial Succession in Maryland; providing for the membership and staffing of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to study issues related to the desirability and implications of expanding the gubernatorial line of succession in Maryland and report to the Governor and the General Assembly on or before December 31. 2006; requiring the Task Force to make recommendations regarding gubernatorial succession; etc.
