High Schools - Automated External Defibrillators Program - Requirements

Synopsis:

Requiring each county board of education to develop and implement an automated external defibrillator program that meets requirements in high schools in the county; requiring that a specified automated external defribrillator program include provisions relating to school-sponsored athletic events; and requiring the State Department of Education, in consultation with specified entities, to adopt regulations.
