Criminal Law - Homicide by Motor Vehicle - Traveling Twice the Posted Speed Limit

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from causing the death of another while driving, operating, or controlling a motor vehicle traveling at least twice the posted maximum speed limit in an area where the posted maximum speed limit is at least 40 miles per hour; and establishing a penalty.
