Critical Areas Program - Resource Conservation Areas - Little Blackwater River

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the project approval of specified development of property that is designated as a resource conservation area and that is located adjacent to or within 1,000 feet of the Little Blackwater River; requiring specified development to be in accordance with specified standards; establishing an advisory committee to recommend reforms of a specified growth allocation process; etc.
