Crimes - Controlled Dangerous Substances - Criminal Penalties

Synopsis:

Establishing that a person who violates provisions of law relating to the manufacture, distribution, dispensation, or possession of a controlled dangerous substance is subject to liability for the costs of cleaning up or remediating laboratories or other facilities operated for the illegal manufacture of a controlled dangerous substance; etc.
