State Personnel - Certificate of Illness or Disability - Medical Technicians and Signatures

Synopsis:

Authorizing a medical technician who performed a test at the request of a specified medical doctor to sign a specified certificate of illness or disability; providing that a specified signature or facsimile of a signature provided by an employee of a medical provider meets a requirement that a certificate of illness or disability be signed by specified individuals; requiring a medical technician who signs a specified certificate to attach to the certificate a copy of a specified order or prescription; etc.
