Synopsis:

Extending until August 31, 2008, the termination of specified provisions of law concerning the collection, analysis, and reporting of information relating to traffic stops; extending until December 31, 2007, the requirements for law enforcement to record and report to the Maryland Justice Analysis Center specified information relating to traffic stops, including the race of the driver; extending the deadline for the Maryland Justice Analysis Center to issue a final report; etc.
