Vehicle Laws - Crime Victims' Rights Commemorative Registration Plate

Synopsis:

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) to develop and make available a specially designed registration plate promoting awareness of and support for victims of crimes; prescribing who may apply for and the classes of vehicles eligible for the registration plate; providing the manner in which fees will be established, collected, and distributed in connection with the plate; requiring the MVA to consult with the Maryland Crime Victims' Resource Center, Inc. on specified matters; terminating the Act; etc.
