Property Tax Credits - Natural Disaster Damage - Transferability

Synopsis:

Providing that specified property tax credits granted for dwellings that are damaged or destroyed due to natural disaster may be transferred when property is transferred between specified family members; applying the Act to tax years beginning after June 30, 2005; etc.
