Community Colleges - Baltimore City Community College - Board of Trustees

Synopsis:

Altering the membership of the Board of Trustees of Baltimore City Community College by adding a nonvoting faculty member; authorizing the Faculty Senate of Baltimore City Community College to elect a nonvoting faculty member to the Board of Trustees; prohibiting a specified faculty member of the Board from participating in specified executive sessions; providing for a term of 1 year for the faculty member of the Board; requiring the Board to meet at least one time each quarter with the Faculty Senate; etc.
