Department of Natural Resources - Vessel Excise Tax - Principal Use

Synopsis:

Providing that the vessel excise tax be applied to vessels that are being used, or that are to be used, principally in Maryland; repealing a specified requirement for imposition of the vessel excise tax; providing that specified active duty military personnel are exempt from the vessel excise tax for a specified period of time; etc.
