Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to conduct a needs assessment, initiate a public awareness campaign, and coordinate with specified units of State government to activate a specified hepatitis C virus plan; requiring the Department to solicit funding for hepatitis C virus outreach; etc.
