Higher Education - Nonresident Tuition - Exemption

Synopsis:

Exempting a student who registers at a public institution of higher education in the State from paying nonresident tuition if the student is employed in the State by a business entity that pays 100% of the cost of the student's tuition and mandatory fees payable by a resident; and requiring the Maryland Higher Education Commission to adopt specified regulations.
