Health Care Decisions Act - Advance Directives - Selection of Health Care Agent and Treatment Preferences

Synopsis:

Clarifying the forms relating to the selection of a health care agent, treatment preferences (living wills), and organ donations; clarifying that surrogate decision-makers may make decisions when health care agents are unavailable; altering a definition; etc.
