Surplus Lines Insurance - Compliance with Filing Requirement - Electronic Transmission

Synopsis:

Providing that reports, affidavits, and returns required to be filed with regard to surplus lines insurance are in compliance with the filing requirement if they are transmitted electronically on or before the filing date in a manner approved by the Insurance Commissioner.
