Office of Cemetery Oversight - Sunset Extension and Program Evaluation

Synopsis:

Authorizing a designee of the Director of the Office of Cemetery Oversight to conduct a specified investigation and inspection, commence proceedings on a complaint, review complaints, and attempt to negotiate a settlement of a complaint; requiring the Director to maintain a list of all for profit and nonreligious-nonprofit cemeteries associated with a registrant or permit holder for each fiscal year; etc.
