Synopsis:

Altering the powers and duties of the State Board of Nursing to include setting the standards for the practice of certified nursing assistants and certified medication technicians; authorizing the Rehabilitation Committee in the Board to provide for the rehabilitation of or provide assistance to medication technicians, electrologists, and applicants; altering the requirements for sending renewal notices for specified licenses and certificates; etc.
