Controlled Dangerous Substances - Dextromethorphan Products

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from purchasing a dextromethorphan product unless the person adheres to specified requirements; requiring a pharmacy or a retail establishment to maintain a specified record and to post signs; and limiting the quantity of a dextromethorphan product that a person may purchase within a specified time.
