Land Preservation - Repayment of Transfers to General Fund

Synopsis:

Making applicable to fiscal years 2008 through 2011 a requirement scheduled to begin in fiscal 2012 that the Governor include in the annual budget bill a General Fund appropriation of a specified amount to a specified special fund; repealing an obsolete limitation on the requirement; etc.
