Environment - Diversion of Construction and Demolition Materials

Synopsis:

Requiring the Office of Recycling in the Department of the Environment, on or before October 1, 2008, to develop and post on the Department's website a resource guide and model guidelines for the diversion of construction and demolition materials; requiring the Office to post county diversion plans on the Department's website; requiring each county to develop and implement a plan for the management of construction and demolition materials that includes specified goals; etc.
