Vehicle Laws - Finding of High Alcohol Concentration - Sentencing

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a court from staying the entering of judgment and placing a defendant on probation before judgment for specified violations for which the trier of fact finds that the defendant had a specified alcohol concentration; and prohibiting a court from suspending a sentence or placing a defendant on probation for specified violations for which the trier of fact finds that the defendant had a specified alcohol concentration.
