Retail Establishments - Individuals with Disabilities - Accommodations

Synopsis:

Requiring retail establishments with specified square footage of retail space to have three motorized shopping carts available for individuals with disabilities; requiring that the retail establishments ensure that the motorized shopping carts are in working condition; requiring specified retail establishments to post a notice with specified information displayed in close proximity to the motorized shopping carts; and providing for a specified remedy for individuals aggrieved by a violation of this section.
