Entitled:
Student Health and Fitness Act of 2006

Synopsis:

Requiring that public school students in kindergarten through grade 5 be provided a specified minimum level of a program of physical education each week; requiring an increasing minimum level of a program of physical education over a period of 4 school years; requiring that the program of physical education be consistent with a student's Individualized Education Plan if applicable; requiring that students be regularly assessed for the attainment of specified objectives; etc.
