Wicomico County - Alcoholic Beverages - Food Sales Requirement for Class B Licenses

Synopsis:

Requiring holders of Class B licenses in Wicomico County to have average daily receipts from the sale of food for each month exceed the average daily receipts from the sale of alcoholic beverages; and specifying that specified foodstuff may not be included when calculating receipts from food.
