Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from knowingly recruiting, enticing, harboring, transporting, providing, or obtaining or attempting to recruit, entice, harbor, transport, provide, or obtain another person for a commercial sex act, a sexually explicit performance, labor, or services by specified means; establishing penalties; and defining terms.
