Synopsis:

Prohibiting the sale of gasoline at an unconscionably excessive price; requiring specified circumstances to be taken into account in determining whether gasoline has been sold at an unconscionably excessive price; requiring specified circumstances to be considered as mitigating factors in determining whether gasoline has been sold at an unconscionably excessive price; providing that specified violations of the Act are unfair or deceptive trade practices; etc.
