Requiring investigators of specified child abuse and neglect complaints to interview specified children, if appropriate; requiring specified agencies to include specified procedures in their standard operating procedures and joint investigation procedures regarding specified child abuse and sexual abuse complaints; requiring investigators of specified child abuse and sexual abuse complaints to use videotape and audiotape to record interviews of specified children subject to the availability of funds; etc.
