Income Tax - Subtraction Modification - Retired Military Personnel Employed in Critical Workforce Areas

Synopsis:

Providing a subtraction modification under the Maryland income tax for income received by an individual who is retired from a branch of the United States armed services that is attributable to employment in specified occupations; applying the Act to tax years 2006 through 2010; and terminating the Act at the end of 2010.
