Election Law - Fraudulent Registration and Voting - Penalties

Synopsis:

Specifying that a violation of specified laws relating to voter registration and voting shall be punished as a felony, rather than a misdemeanor; and increasing fines and terms of imprisonment to which a violator will be subject.
