Entitled:
Property Tax Assessment Appeals Board - Members - Salary

Synopsis:

Altering the compensation for members of the local property tax assessment appeals boards; providing that a member of a property tax assessment appeals board is entitled to compensation at an hourly rate of $35 as provided in the State budget, subject to specified limitations; and providing that the Act is applicable to all fiscal years beginning after June 30, 2007.
