Vehicle Laws - Finding of High Alcohol Concentration - Prohibition on Probation Before Judgment - Mandatory Penalties

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a court from staying the entering of judgment and placing a defendant on probation before judgment for specified violations if the trier of fact found the defendant had an alcohol concentration of 0.15 or more; requiring a court to impose specified mandatory penalties of imprisonment for specified violations involving an alcohol concentration of 0.15 or more; etc.
