Election Law - Voting Systems - Voter-Verified Paper Records

Synopsis:

Requiring that specified voting systems produce a paper record of a voter's ballot choices and provide the voter with an opportunity to inspect the paper record before casting a final vote; requiring that the paper records be preserved at the polling place in a specified manner and for specified purposes; requiring that voting systems be accessible to specified individuals with disabilities; requiring specified comparisons and audits of specified ballots after an election; requiring specified notice and demonstrations; etc.
