Drinking Driver Monitor Program - Ignition Interlock System Requirement

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Drinking Driver Monitor Program to require a person who is participating in the Program as a condition of probation for specified violations to use an ignition interlock system for a specified period; requiring that any required use of an ignition interlock system under the Act shall be considered a condition of probation; etc.
