State Lottery - Revenues for Community and Recreation Centers

Synopsis:

Requiring the Comptroller to distribute specified lottery proceeds to counties for community and recreation centers for specified purposes; specifying a method by which the amount of lottery proceeds is to be distributed to the counties; and specifying that the proceeds distributed under the Act are intended to provide additional revenue for community and recreation centers and may not supplant other revenue distributed to community and recreation centers.
