Altering the membership of the Maryland Medicaid Advisory Committee; requiring the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene to seek recommendations from specified individuals and groups when selecting consumer representatives to the Committee; requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to staff the Committee; requiring the chair and staff of the Committee to provide specified information to Committee members at a specified time and in a specified manner; etc.
