Controlled Dangerous Substances - Pseudoephedrine Products

Synopsis:

Providing that a pseudoephedrine product may only be displayed for sale in specified locations; prohibiting a person from purchasing a pseudoephedrine product unless the person adheres to specified requirements; requiring a pharmacy or a retail establishment to maintain a specified record and post signs; limiting the quantity of a pseudoephedrine product that a person may purchase within a specified time period; requiring the establishment of a log of pseudoephedrine product purchases; etc.
